Adult dosage: Mix 1 scoop (7 g) in a glass of water. Let it stand for a moment and stir before drinking. It is an easily soluble powder with a fresh lemon flavor sweetened with stevia.
Contraindication: Do not take potassium supplements without first consulting your doctor if you have kidney disease or are taking medication for blood pressure or angina.
