Prenatal & postnatal contains selected vitamins and minerals to support the body before pregnancy, during pregnancy and during breastfeeding. All Mary Ruth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, sugar-free, and without unnecessary additives. The natural flavors are manufactured under strict control without harmful substances such as aspartame, GMOs, or glycol that might otherwise be included.
Adult dosage: 2 tablespoons (30 ml) per day. The best time of day to take Prenatal + Postnatal multivitamin is in the morning, with or without food. However, if you experience nausea during your pregnancy, you might prefer taking it with your breakfast. The most important thing is to take the vitamins consistently.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Store in refrigerator after opening. Unopened, they have a shelf life of two years from the production date. Once opened, they last for 6 months when refrigerated.
