Holistic Kalcium contains exclusively organic mineral compounds. Calcium is naturally found in green leafy vegetables, sprouted lentils, almonds, Brazil nuts, sesame and sunflower seeds, dairy products, as well as in aquatic plants such as arame, dulse, hijiki, kelp, and wakame.
Adult dosage: 1-5 capsules per day.
