Beta-carotene is a carotenoid, a powerful antioxidant that functions as a precursor to vitamin A. Beta-carotene supplements from algae are a natural way to increase body pigmentation. Usage: Beta carotene can be taken even during winter months to maintain a slight touch of color throughout the year.
